This role focuses ondelivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents,and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model.

Schedule & Work Model
- 40 hours per week
- 15 hours required duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM or weekends)
- Hybrid: up to 3 days onsiteweekly
Hybrid Structure
- Minimum 10 clinical hoursonsite
- Up to 7 clinical hoursconducted remotely
- Administrative hourscompleted remotely
- Flexible scheduling alignedwith patient needs
- Minimum 10 hours during peak“after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $135,000 -$145,000
- Total Earning Potential: Upto $175,000+ annually
- Additional earnings of $100per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from anaccredited nursing program
- Board certification as aPMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
- Minimum of 1 year ofindependent psychiatric experience under licensure
- Active Maryland PMHNP/APRNlicense
- DEA registration and stateprescriptive authority
- Ability to work onsite forat least 10 clinical hours per week
- Flexibility to work duringafter-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
- Access to reliabletechnology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
