Pathways PACE has an immediate opening for a Medical Director. Pathways Care in Colorado oversees two locations (Aurora, CO and Greeley, CO) and requires presence at both sites twice weekly, with one day of remote work. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.
Annual pay range is $234,000 - $275,000 plus a 20% formulaic bonus and a 10% discretionary bonus starting in 2027. Mileage reimbursement and relocation support are included along with comprehensive benefits.
