Job Title: Hybrid or Remote Project Manager / Estimator (Electrical)
Location: Twin Cities Metro, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time
I’m currently representing a growing commercial electrical contractor in the Southwest Twin Cities metro that is looking to add a Project Manager / Estimator to their team.
This hire is being made to increase internal capacity and support continued growth. The role will work closely with ownership and play a hands‑on part in both managing active projects and supporting estimating efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple commercial electrical projects ranging from $50K–$2M
- Assist with estimating, bidding, and project handoff
- Coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors
- Manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and change orders
- Support day‑to‑day operational and office needs
Ideal Background:
- 3–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction
- Electrical background preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Organized, proactive, and team‑oriented
