Hybrid Meeting Planner - 8-Month Contract

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate meetings and events for US domestic entities. The role is hybrid with two on-site days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) in Framingham, MA, with potential additional on-site as needed.

You will manage venues, contracts, and full event delivery for 500+ meetings annually, liaising with internal clients and vendors. The contract position is 8 months, paying $40.00 per hour, with standard 40-hour weeks.
