Hybrid-Flex Director, Enterprise Risk Management

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Director, Enterprise Risk Management to design, execute, and continuously improve the organization's risk framework. This role partners with executives to embed risk thinking into strategy, operations, and capital decisions.

You will lead ORSA processes, produce risk reports for boards, and promote a strong risk culture across the enterprise, including managing insurance and captive programs for risk mitigation.
