Hybrid Corporate Counsel – Real Estate Loan Servicing

Trimont, founded in 1988, is a specialized global CRE loan services provider. The Corporate Counsel role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid work schedule and broad responsibility across loan servicing, asset management, and corporate matters.

You will draft and negotiate client, vendor, and CMBS agreements, coordinate with outside counsel, and advise stakeholders. The position requires a JD and 2–5 years of practice, strong drafting, and attention to detail.
