Hybrid Corporate Counsel - Governance, Equity and IPO Prep

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Corporate Counsel to oversee corporate governance, equity administration, and transactional matters with a focus on supporting a potential public offering. You will report to Lambda’s Associate General Counsel, Corporate.

Responsibilities include managing the cap table, coordinating equity grants, and drafting board materials while partnering with People teams on policy development. 4 days in the SF office required; Tuesday is the WFH day.
