Hybrid Corporate Attorney — M&A & Outside GC Path

Higher Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney licensed in Minnesota to join its growing corporate and commercial practice.

The role may start with an established book of business or offer a junior‑partner level path to develop a long‑term practice and growth opportunities. The candidate should have 8+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, and M&A matters, and be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the Minnesota office.
