Hybrid Construction Controller | FDOT Project Payroll

Kinard-Stone Inc. is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all financial, accounting, and regulatory compliance operations for CEI activities in Fort Myers, FL. The role balances in-office collaboration with productive remote periods in a flexible hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate has deep FDOT reimbursement model experience, robust project cost accounting skills, and hands-on payroll/HR responsibilities. CPA/CMA preferred; Unanet A/E or Deltek experience is highly valued.
