Hybrid Community Well-Being Navigator

Brightpoint invites you to join our team of mission-driven staff dedicated to an equitable world where all children and families thrive in strong communities. As a Community Connection Services Navigator, you will work with families identified by the Department of Child and Family Services for 30 days, assessing safety and needs, and creating action plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, CERAP/CANS certifications (or within 90 days), and a valid driver's license.
