What You’ll Do
- Lead functional behavior assessments and treatment planning as a BCBA
- Incorporate ACT-informed, values-based strategies into your work
- Develop engaging, play-based programming using NET
- Supervise and mentor RBTs while maintaining high clinical standards
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Track progress through data and meaningful quality-of-life outcomes
What You Bring
- BCBA certification
- Maryland licensure or eligibility for a MD LBA
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills
