Progressive Insurance seeks an insurance defense attorney in our Bodily Injury unit in Arizona. You will defend Progressive insureds and/or Progressive Insurance Companies in courts and arbitration, handling cases from start to finish and preparing pleadings, motions, and trial briefs while negotiating settlements.
The role is hybrid with in-person events limited to litigation purposes and occasional travel for training and meetings. Must reside in Arizona and be admitted to practice there.
