Job DescriptionThe Hybrid Assembler B completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work proceduresAlign components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturingReceive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructionsEnsure that all work meets quality and safety standards and proceduresMaintains clean and safe work environmentProduce and maintain a consistent quality of workPerform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating ProceduresPerform wire bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specificationsPerform die bonding operations in accordance with established procedures and specificationsOperate and monitor furnace processes to ensure compliance with production requirementsQualificationsExperience:Minimum of one (1) year of experience in area of responsibilityWorking experience performing wire bonding operationsWorking experience performing die bonding operationsExperience loading, unloading, and monitoring furnace equipmentAbout UsAt Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world's most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
