HXGN EAM LEADLocation: (Local candidate) 2 Broadway, NY, NY 10004 HYBRID ROLEExperience: 7+ yearsCritical Key Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experiencePreferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industryMinimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility FrameworkStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessionsCoordination and facilitation of meetings for business process reviewCreate and maintain an accurate project schedulePartner with Subways SME's to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reportsDocumentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed RISKS (required by MTA Risk Management)Describe the type of work consultant: Desk work onlyWhether any work will be performed within 50 feet of track right-of-way (yes or no) NOWhether the work may involve areas with environmental risks (lead, asbestos) -- substantial or minimal (yes or no). NODeliverables & Due Dates:Task-Based Deliverables: For each project, the deliverables will be determined by Subways EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:Project management documentationTechnical design, configuration and specifications documentationSystem configuration and administrationTraining development and deliveryQualifications Experience & Education:Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type projectExcellent oral and written communication skillsIn depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferredAbility to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organizationIntermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as neededProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio
