HVAC Test Technician 11st shift: Monday – Thursday (6am - 4:30PM)Pay: $22/hr.Description:Must be able to perform the following analytical duties in a reasonable and productive time frame.Job Duties:Demonstrate knowledge of refrigeration and electrical components, their use, and the proper operation of those componentsMust be familiar with HVAC and dehumidification systemsMust have knowledge of different refrigerant gasses (R-134, R407C, R410A, etc...)Must have industrial electrical knowledge to trouble shoot HVAC or environmental control systemsMust be willing to assist the Test Technician II; train in all areas of TestOther duties, as assignedQualifications:High School diploma or general education degree (GED)One to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience prior to advancing to the next levelAbility to use all appropriate test equipment including, but not limited to, meters, refrigeration gauges, etcAbility to use all safe practices when dealing with electricity and pressurized systemsHVAC training/school required or in-processRequired Mathematical Skills:Working knowledge of HVAC formulas used in sizing/selection of product and a complete understanding of psychometrics and the use of psychometric formulasBenefits: Eligible after 60 days of direct employment1st year, accumulate 15 days of Paid Time Off- 3 weeks.Paid HolidaysHealth InsuranceEmployer 100% paid life insurance401k- 5% matchEligible to a pay increase of $2 after four monthsAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
