Tech 4 - Senior Technician / Field Leader
Experience: 4-8 years verifiable HVAC technician experience
Pay:
$34-$40/hr (depending on experience)
Minimum requirements
You should have:
- 60+ residential installs led as the primary installer
- 2,000+ residential service calls conducted
- Some commercial service and install experience
- Commercial experience can be partially offset by strong residential experience (determined in interview)
- Proven experience training and developing less experienced techs
- Demonstrated history of profitability for prior companies through ethical selling and strong ticket averages
- We adhere to an ethical, standardized commission model
