We're growing very fast and the ideal candidate will be a critical part to our future success in the Ductless market!Responsibilities:Provide technical support via telephone and email to assist in solving technical problems associated with the installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of Ductless products and systems.Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers and co-workers.Capture, enters, and manages information data in computer in a timely manner.Provide in-field Technical Support training of other TSA's, branch staff and TM's once fully trained on our product
