Job Description:
- Perform system diagnostics, procure replacement parts, and clearly communicate the immediate issues to customers for a thorough understanding of required solutions.
- Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle.
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and/or office managers.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule.
Experience & Requirements:
- Pass a background check and drug test.
- EPA Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Medium and Low Temp Refrigeration, Ice Machines, and ideally Commercial Cooking Equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Light Duty Plumbing and Electrical work is .
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Accurately complete paperwork and keep company vehicles clean inside and out.
- Possess a clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver's license.
- Participate in applicable training sessions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
- Possess common trade tools.
- Experience with Service Titan and Service Channel is beneficial but not required.
