We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in their work, can run an install efficiently on their own, and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way.

What You'll Do

• Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, boilers, combi units, and mini splits
• Plan and manage each install from start to finish
• Run and modify ductwork, venting, line sets, condensate, and gas piping
• Braze, pressure test, evacuate, and charge systems
• Perform start-ups and commissioning to manufacturer specs
• Install thermostats, communicating controls, and IAQ products
• Make sure all work meets code and passes inspection
• Keep job sites clean and treat every customer's home with respect
• Walk customers through their new system at the end of the job
• Document jobs in ServiceTitan

What You Bring

• 2+ year of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Experience with forced air, AC/heat pumps, boilers, combi units, mini splits, unit heaters, IAQ products, and communicating equipment
• Strong brazing, sheet metal, and gas piping skills
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and good with customers

Preferred

• New construction experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification
• Minneapolis/State Comp Cards
• ServiceTitan experience
• Own hand tools

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
