Job Responsibilities: 

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities 

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems 

• Perform routine preventative maintenance according to service schedules 

• Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls 

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics 

• Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed 

• Communicate with clients to explain findings, recommend solutions, and provide estimates 

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations 

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition 

• Respond to emergency service requests as needed 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred 

• EPA Section 608 Certification required 

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Must be able to pass an MVR check). 

• Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC components, including compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats 

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently 

• Good communication and customer service skills 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments, including rooftops and confined spaces
