HVAC Service Technician (Licensed – Connecticut)
Connecticut (Full Service Area)
Full-Time
$30 – $45+ per hour (Based on Experience) + Overtime + Bonus Opportunities

Black Bear Heating & Air is growing fast and looking for a skilled, licensed HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants consistent, year-round work.

✅ What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Service gas, oil, A/C, heat pumps, and boilers
- Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Communicate clearly with customers (no sales pressure environment)
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S2, B2 or equivalent)
- 3+ years experience in HVAC service (required)
- Strong diagnostic skills
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Experience with oil & gas systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Professional attitude and reliability
- We are not currently accepting apprenticeships applications
