HVAC Service Sales Representative

Location: Fairfield, NJ | Schedule: Full-time, field-based covering Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)

Overview

A well-established regional commercial mechanical services contractor is growing and seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative to join its team. The company has a strong management structure and offers uncapped income potential along with clear paths for professional growth. This role is key to expanding the contractor's service and preventive maintenance business across a range of commercial sectors.

What you'll do

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, property management companies, and retail facilities
• Manage and grow a territory covering Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)
• Build relationships with facility decision-makers to drive new and repeat business
• Represent the company's service offerings as part of its continued growth and industry leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience

Preferred qualifications

• Candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc.) will also be considered
