HVAC Service Center Leader — Growth & Operations

STRM Recruiting has partnered with a premier Vegas HVAC firm to recruit a General Manager. This role oversees the residential service center, driving revenue goals, customer focus, and employee engagement in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, policy administration, budgeting/forecasting, and recruiting/training staff. The GM will manage multiple managers, mentor field teams, ensure safety standards, and push for continuous process improvements.
