HVAC Service & Operations ManagerStyle Crest is seeking a regional HVAC Service & Operations Manager to support and strengthen our service and installation operations across the Royal Durham Business Unit.This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys improving how things run, supporting field teams, and delivering a strong customer experience. This is a leadership role that stays close to the businessEnsure Quality & Field ExecutionMaintain high standards for HVAC installation and service workAudit field work and subcontractor performanceEnsure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirementsRun the BusinessManage service department financials, including budgeting and performance trackingAnalyze operational data to drive better decisions and outcomesOptimize inventory, equipment, and resource allocation across locationsWhat Makes This Role DifferentTrue ownership of a regional HVAC service business, not just oversightAbility to build and shape operations across multiple marketsHigh visibility with senior leadership and direct impact on growthA role that blends strategy and hands-on leadershipRequirements5 to 7+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experienceProven success leading teams in a field-based or service environmentPrior supervisory or team lead experience required; strong leadership presence and ability to develop othersAbility to improve processes, drive performance, and lead through changeStrong operational and financial acumen (P&L experience preferred)Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and installation practicesExcellent communication skills, customer service focus, and ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.Ability to operate with urgency, take ownership, and make decisions that support both quality and customer satisfactionEPA certification required.
