Overview

H&H Heating and Cooling is a trusted residential heating and cooling company serving homeowners throughout Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties. We are currently seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to help customers find the right comfort solutions for their homes.

What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers
• Assess heating and cooling needs and recommend appropriate system solutions
• Present pricing, options, and proposals in a clear, professional manner
• Build trust-based relationships with homeowners
• Close sales while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, or related industry preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Consultative, customer-focused sales approach
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
