Pay:

Our HVAC Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn $100,000-$200,000 per year plus bonuses.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC SALES ASSOCIATE

This role works from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with rotating evening and weekend hours.

HOW YOU'LL HELP HOMEOWNERS EVERY DAY

As our HVAC Sales Associate, you'll use your industry knowledge and people skills to help customers find heating and cooling solutions that fit their needs, preferences, and budgets. You'll listen carefully, solve problems, present recommendations with confidence, and serve as a genuine advocate throughout the process. Rather than focusing on transactions, you'll focus on building trust and ensuring customers feel comfortable with their decisions. You'll also follow up after service to make sure expectations were exceeded, and relationships remain strong.

In order to do this, you'll need the following:

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or in-home sales experience
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to work rotating nights/weekends
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of applicable software is preferred
