Quilt is seeking a Partner Field Trainer to educate Quilt’s HVAC partners on selling, installing, and servicing our heat pump systems. You will travel 50-75% to partner sites across North America, run hands-on training sessions, and deliver virtual sessions between events.
You’ll work with the training team to keep content current and help partners become certified. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for installers and salespeople, shaping how our partners grow
