JOB DUTIES
- Manage, train and direct the operations of the HVAC technicians
- Coordinate with the comfort advisor to assist in the sales process
- Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determine general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 6+ years prior successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
