We are looking for a driven Operations Manager who can lead our installation department and help continue scaling our operations. This role is for a leader who can create structure, solve problems quickly, motivate teams, and keep operations moving efficiently every day. The Operations Manager will oversee scheduling, dispatching, purchasing, inventory management, installer development, customer communication, quality control, and department profitability.Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate installation teams while promoting a positive, accountable cultureConduct meetings, coaching, and performance reviewsAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actionsManage installation schedules and crew dispatchingEnsure jobs are properly staged and crews are prepared dailyCoordinate permits, inspections, subcontractors, and project timelinesMaintain strong communication between sales, service, warehouse, and office teamsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding schedules and project updatesResolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlyMonitor workmanship quality and maintain high customer satisfaction standardsHelp manage labor budgets, profitability, and department performance metricsTrack warranty expenses, callbacks, and operational efficiencyReview installer performance, production numbers, and job costingOversee inventory purchasing and warehouse organizationCoordinate company fleet maintenance and operational readinessManage and oversee both residential and commercial HVAC installation operationsAbility to quote residential and commercial HVAC projects accurately and professionallyAssist with sales opportunities by building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping close projectsWork closely with the sales team to ensure smooth project turnover and customer satisfactionSupport business growth by identifying operational improvements and revenue opportunitiesRequired Qualifications:Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindsetFinancial and operational understandingStrong accountability and follow-through5+ years of HVAC industry experienceInstallation management or field leadership experienceExperience managing operational budgets and teamsKnowledge of dispatching, scheduling, and warehouse operationsWe are looking for someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly, builds strong teams, and thrives under pressure.
