CoolSys is seeking an HVAC / Mechanical Foreman to lead field installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC-R and mechanical systems. In this safety-first role, you’ll supervise technicians, coordinate daily work, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to CoolSys quality standards. You’ll interpret blueprints, oversee piping, ductwork, and equipment startup, and troubleshoot complex systems.
Collaborating closely with project managers and customers, you’ll model integrity, mentor technicians, and support energy-efficient, reliable solutions across diverse facilities.
