Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily maintenance experience and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of property issues.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues.
- Perform apartment make-readies and property inspections.
- Maintain common areas and community grounds.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lead Tech: Assist with directing, training, and supporting the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
- Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
- HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
