What We’re Looking For
- Previous residential maintenance experience required (apartments, hotels, or private homes)
- Strong HVAC experience required; HVAC/EPA Certification is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation, personal hand tools, and drill
- Ability to handle physical workload and work efficiently
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs/installations
Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting apartment units, buildings, and common areas
- Completing work orders and unit turns
- Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues
- Performing preventative maintenance to keep the property running smoothly
