Maintenance Technician - 3+ years experience required - TEMP TO HIRE POSITION

Pay rate: $22.50 to $30 USD per hour with Experience and EPA Certification in Type 2 ( or in 410a / A2l )

Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 plus years of experience/knowledge (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

Job Duties:

  • General Facility Maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections of all club facilities and identify maintenance needs.
  • Complete preventative maintenance according to established schedules.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
  • Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
  • Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and special projects.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop
  • HVAC Systems

  • Plumbing Systems
  • Commercial Kitchen Equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on food service equipment.
