Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Tech. This position will work out of our South Plainfield, NJ office, but will be required to work at our various Central-South Jersey properties as needed.ResponsibilitiesRepair Residential/Commercial HVAC SystemsDiagnosing and troubleshooting of HVAC equipmentAble to troubleshoot/repair, wiring, electronic componentsReplace parts & components including valves, compressors & condensersRespond to emergency services callsPerform inspections & preventative maintenance of equipmentKeep accurate records & complete necessary paper work for warranty and logsExperience in replacing entire units from 2 tom to 7.5 ton units, boilers, chillers & BMS systems a plusQualifications10+ years in experience HVACGraduate of Lincoln Tech or equivalent 2 year schoolMin EPA Type 2 certification.
(NATE cert is a +)Can carry out low and line voltage wiring to equipmentProficient in proper refrigerant pipe installation, brazing and pressure testing for leaks.Capable if working independently and with a team.Capable of troubleshooting HVAC issues.
