We are seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to install residential split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units throughout the local service area. This role leads one helper and owns installation, and startup

Responsibilities

  • Install residential split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units.
  • Lead and coordinate the work of one helper.
  • Complete HVAC installations throughout the local service area.
  • Perform system startup and commissioning after installation.
  • Apply HVAC installation, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and ductwork fabrication skills.
  • Resolve installation challenges using effective problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with HVAC installation and refrigeration systems.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ductwork fabrication experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
