HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of an installation crew, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
- Ability to install various makes and models of air conditioning systems
- Skilled soldering of copper lines
- Blueprint interpretation skills
HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer Requirements:
- 3-5+ Years of Experience in HVAC installation
- EPA Certification
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in the Southwest Florida climate conditions
- Valid driver\'s license and background check required
