Overview

Job Description: $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS!!! (use it for a lunch for a year or however you want to) At GreenBox Home Services, we are known for our incredible culture and top-notch customer service! We are hiring a full-time Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.

Responsibilities

• Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final
• Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
• Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
• Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Customer service
• Assist and mentor others

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Journeyman License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
• Experience: HVAC: 3 years (Required)
• License/Certification: Journeyman HVAC (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required) with acceptable driving record
