As an HVAC Installer specializing in residential systems, you will be an essential member of a small team responsible for installing and assembling HVAC systems and ductwork at various job sites mostly new construction on a daily basis. This role requires moderate interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction and quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems according to specifications
- Assemble and install ductwork efficiently and accurately
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure system functionality and safety
- Collaborate closely with team members on-site
- Travel daily to various residential job sites
- Engage moderately with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC system installation and electrical wiring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective time management capabilities
