Cummings Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with hands on experience and a strong work ethic to join our team. What You'll Do:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits)
- Replace and upgrade existing systems with precision and care
- Ensure all installations meet code and company standards
- Communicate clearly with customer and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
