What You'll Do:
* Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits)
* Replace and upgrade existing systems with precision and care
* Ensure all installations meet code and company standards
* Communicate clearly with customer and team members
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
What We're Looking For:
* 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
* Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
* EPA certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic
