What You'll Do
* Execute residential HVAC installations with precision, following company standards
* Lead and mentor installation helpers to ensure high standards and efficiency
* Communicate clearly with customers, offering expert advice and addressing questions
* Maintain accurate project records and documentation
* Ensure company tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained
* Serve as a key contact for customers, fostering trust and satisfaction throughout each job
* Collaborate with your team to meet project timelines and quality expectations
* Measure ductwork accurately and handle related installation tasks
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
* EPA Certification (NATE certification a plus)
* Must pass a background check and random drug tests
* Valid driver's license with a clean record
* Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
