What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, heat pumps)
- Complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal work
- Ensure systems are installed correctly and running efficiently
- Work closely with install helpers and project managers
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow safety standards and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Pay & Benefits
$30 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
