HVAC Field Supervisor (Retail)

HVAC Field SupervisorThe HVAC Field Supervisor interacts and supports the administrative functions for the Retail Managers and Technicians in the field.Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing all install crews.Duties and responsibilities include scheduling quality assurance visits, entering weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan, scheduling follow up activities, tracking vehicle maintenance logs and truck stock, assisting with property management quotes and follow ups, assisting with afterhours calls for nights and weekends, assisting with retail manager in providing training for installers, assisting with technician's payroll, and other duties as assigned by management.Required skills and abilities include excellent verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of Service Titan, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization skills and attention to detail, and ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.Education and experience include a high school diploma or equivalent required and 5+ years retail install experience required.Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds.Benefits include competitive pay rates, paid every Friday, opportunities for advancement, paid time off (PTO) starting on day 1, comprehensive benefits package available 1st of the month after 30 days, including health, dental, and vision insurance, employee assistance program (EAP), life insurance and AD&D, company-paid basic life insurance for all employees, educational assistance, and 401(k) after 90 days.Strada Services is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.Equal opportunity employer.
