You run calls, you lead the technicians, and you work directly with the owner on how the business grows. General ManagerWhat You'll DoRun advanced diagnostics, service, and repair on residential HVAC systemsLead, mentor, and hold the technician team to a standard on quality, safety, and customer communicationBe the field point-person for daily operations, coordinating with dispatch and ownershipHandle escalations and complex calls on siteHelp recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate techniciansWork with the owner on performance metrics: revenue, average ticket, close rates, callbacks, customer satisfaction, technician productivityKeep vehicles stocked, maintained, and presentableSupport permitting, inspections, and code compliance (EPA and Utah code)What You Bring5+ years residential HVAC service experience, including leading or mentoring techniciansEPA Section 608 Universal Certification (NATE preferred)Strong diagnostic skills and technical competenceProven leadership; able to connect field performance to business resultsComfortable with field service software (CRM, dispatch, job-costing)Clean driving recordProfessional, reliable, and able to represent the company with integrityCompensation: $37.00–$44.00 per hour base ($87K–$100K annually), plus quarterly leadership bonus tied to crew results and performance incentives.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and paid holidaysTake-home company service vanCompany phone / tabletUniforms providedPaid training and certifications through One Hour's Success AcademyOpportunity for advancementJoin the One Hour Team!We want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
