Salary: $130k – $155k / year + Take-Home Vehicle & Gas Card
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Looking for a hands-on field leader who knows commercial HVAC inside and out and prefers coaching over micromanagement!
We’re a top commercial mechanical provider restructuring our team to give our technicians strong, direct field leadership. As our HVAC Field Service Manager , you’ll be the primary technical resource and squad leader for 3 Team Leads and ~21 field techs.
What You’ll Do:
- Support & Mentor: Lead daily field execution, answer tech calls, and help troubleshoot complex diagnostics.
- Bridge the Gap: Walk job sites with sales/operations to verify scopes and assign the right skill sets.
- Build the Team: Assess field skills, run internal training, and foster a team-first, high-trust culture. xhqgsiq
What You Need:
- Valid Journey Person HVAC License (or higher)
- Current Steamfitters Local 602 membership (or fully willing to join)
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience + field supervisory experience
- Clean driving record & background check (for school/gov access)
