Role Description The HVAC Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Murfreesboro, TN, responsible for leading branch operations and ensuring high-quality HVAC service delivery. This role oversees daily scheduling, job planning, and resource allocation for HVAC technicians, while monitoring performance, safety, and compliance with company standards. The HVAC Branch Manager manages branch-level sales activities, supports customer estimates, and collaborates with teams to meet revenue and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, resolving customer issues, upholding service excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with residential and commercial customers. The role also involves reporting on branch metrics, implementing process improvements, and partnering with other service lines as needed.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to ensure high-quality experiences and repeat business.
- Technical trade skills in HVAC, with exposure to related services such as Plumbing considered an advantage.
- Sales capabilities to support branch growth, including estimating, upselling services, and meeting revenue goals.
- Proven experience in branch management, operations leadership, or team supervision in home services or a similar field.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams, collaborate across brands, and interact with customers professionally.
- Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and best practices in HVAC and home services operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or management training in HVAC or home services are preferred.
