We're seeking a proven Commercial HVAC Sales Hunter to develop new business, build relationships with facility decision-makers, and close high-value retrofit and equipment replacement projects throughout the Tampa Bay market.
What You'll Do
- Generate and close new commercial HVAC business
- Sell retrofit, replacement, energy efficiency, and capital improvement projects
- Call directly on Building Owners, Facility Managers, Directors of Engineering, and Property Management groups
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through close
- Build a long-term book of business in a growing territory
What We're Looking For
✅ Commercial HVAC sales experience
✅ Strong new business development / hunter mentality
✅ Experience selling retrofit and replacement projects
✅ Knowledge of chillers, HVAC systems, mechanical upgrades, and energy solutions
✅ Ability to sell complex projects ranging from $250K-$1M+
✅ Established Tampa Bay relationships are a major plus
Compensation
- Base Salary: Up to $145,000
- Uncapped Commission
