TNT Environmental LLC is recruiting experienced operators and mechanics for hurricane debris cleanup operations in Pensacola and surrounding areas.

CDL GRAPPLE TRUCK OPERATORS

Our production-based compensation program rewards experienced, hardworking operators who can safely and efficiently maximize their truck’s daily production.

5% Qualified starting operators
6% 8% Experienced operators with consistently strong production
9% 10% Exceptional operators demonstrating outstanding production, safety, and reliability
Guaranteed minimum hourly wage
Production calculated from verified, approved, billable cubic yards
EXAMPLE OF POTENTIAL DRIVER EARNINGS

Based on a 128-cubic-yard grapple truck averaging 75% capacity, or 96 cubic yards per load.

At 10 loads per day and an illustrative contract rate of $12 per cubic yard:
5% = $576 per day
6% = $691.20 per day
7% = $806.40 per day
8% = $921.60 per day
9% = $1,036.80 per day
10% = $1,152 per day
Earnings are examples only, not guaranteed. Actual compensation depends on verified and approved production, contract rates, applicable hourly guarantees, and overtime requirements.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

Valid CDL and clean driving record
Experience operating hydraulic grapple trucks
Storm debris collection experience preferred
Available for extended shifts and weekends
Dependable and safety-conscious
SKID STEER OPERATORS

Skid steer ownership preferred
Experienced in debris cleanup and pile preparation
Able to work alongside grapple truck crews
Competitive compensation based on experience and equipment
FIELD MECHANICS

Service truck and tools preferred
Diesel truck and heavy equipment repair experience
Hydraulic hose repair experience a strong plus
Tire changing and field maintenance experience preferred
Must be dependable and available for field repairs
RECRUITING FROM TAMPA TO PENSACOLA, including Lakeland, Dade City, Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Panama City, and surrounding communities.
