Role:
Human Services Professional - Specialized
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development
- Support clients in daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement
- Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain client records
- Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development
- Respond flexibly to client needs, including some evenings and weekends
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work)
- Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
