Human Services Professional - Specialized

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychoeducation and skill development
• Support clients in daily living, parenting, social, employment, and community engagement
• Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain client records
• Participate in recovery teams, supervision, and professional development
• Respond flexibly to client needs, including some evenings and weekends

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work)
• Experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care
