Role:

Human Service Specialist - Interactions & Skill Building Team

Responsibilities Include

  • Facilitating supervised family visits in various settings.
  • Providing parent education on parenting, mental health, and substance use.
  • Supporting families with trauma-informed, family-centered approaches.
  • Collaborating with case managers and service teams to coordinate interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and client records.
  • Preparing reports and testifying in legal proceedings when needed.
  • Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in human services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with children and families or in child welfare.
  • Knowledge of counseling, case management, and community resources.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
